Magnedrive
 Magnedrive is a agitator using ND(Neodymium), used for tank, vessel, reactor in high temperature/high pressure condition. Magnedrrive facilitates mixing, diffusion and dispersion of gas, liquid or high viscosity materials.

Agitator
 Ilshin Autoclave manufactures various agitators which is called Magnedrive to improve efficiency and speed in high pressure and high temperature reaction. Magnedrive can rotate at high speed in tank, vessel, or reactor and facilitate diffusion and dispersion of gas, liquid or high viscosity material. Packless Design of Magnedrive enables stirring without leak so ensure safety in toxic chemical experiment and other dangerous processes. Our products are divided into MDB series, MDD series and MDA series according to specification and purpose of use. Because all our products are basically customized products, the customer can choose material, pressure and temperature. We manufacture Magnedrive from lab scale for laboratory or university to mid size and large size for industry.

 

 Working Principle of Magnedrive  

 
When motor works, outside ND in housing rotates and inner ND in shaft also rotates due to magnetic force from outside ND. We installed Cooling Jacket using air or water, to enable constant stirring in high temperature or limit temperature.
