초임계 유체추출법에 의한 상황버섯 추출기술 및 이를 이용한 화장품 개발에 관한 연구

A Study on the Development of Situation Mushroom Extraction Technique and Cosmetics Using Supercritical Fluid Extraction Method

 

국내 화장품 산업의 급속한 성장 및 발전에 힘입어 최근에 중국과 유럽지역을 포함한 세계시장에서의 한국 제품의 경쟁력 확보가 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 새로운 기능성 화장품에 대한 전반적인 인식의 변화 및 수요자의 욕구가 증대되고 있는 가운데 화장품의 개념이 단순 미화에서 고기능, 다기능 제품으로 변화하고 있다. 즉 화장품법의 제정 및 시행으로 기능성 화장품법이 분리·신설됨에 따라 관련 기업의 활발한 연구개발과 시장이 확대되고 있으며 단순 미용개념의 화장품에서 기능성 화장품 신소재 개발 요구가 증대되고 있는 상황에서 특히, 국내에는 풍부한 약용작물을 이용한 천연추출물 화장품 원료개발이 유리하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 더구나 기능성 화장품 원료 개발은 의약품 및 식품개발 비용에 비해 저렴하지만, 시장에 대한 파급 효과 및 매출은 대등하므로 천연물 화장품 소재개발의 사회· 경제적 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 미백 화장품의 경우 한국, 일본, 중국, 동아시아 시장이 증대되고 있으며 천연식물을 활용한 기능성 원료개발은 의약품 개발보다 상대적 진입이 용이한 반면 시장규모도 적지 않다. 또한 기능성 화장품 원료개발 시, 동시에 의약품 원료개발 가능성의 부가적 이점을 가지고 있다. 천연 원료는 특성상 다양한 생리활성 성분을 함유하고 있어 다양성이 중시되고 있는 미래 화장품 원료개발에 적합하고 소재개발의 기간 단축 및 비용 절감의 장점을 가지고 있다.

이에 본 연구에서는 초임계 유체 추출법을 이용하여 국내산 상황버섯의 추출물로부터 생리 활성을 살펴봄으로써 기능성 화장품 소재로 사용하기 위한 기초 자료를 얻고자 한다.

 

 

Due to the rapid growth and development of the domestic cosmetics industry, the competitiveness of Korean products in the global market including China and Europe has been secured recently.

In addition, the concept of cosmetics is changing from simple beautification to high-function and multi-functional products while the overall perception of new functional cosmetics and the desire of consumers are increasing.

In other words, as the functional cosmetics law is separated and newly established through the enactment and implementation of the cosmetics law, active research and development and market of related companies are expanding, and the demand for the development of new functional cosmetics materials in simple cosmetic concepts is increasing. Especially, in Korea, it has advantages that the development of natural extract cosmetics raw materials using abundant medicinal crops is advantageous.

Moreover, the development of functional cosmetics raw materials is cheaper than the cost of drug and food development, but the social and economic importance of the development of natural cosmetics materials is highlighted because the ripple effect and sales to the market are equal. In the case of whitening cosmetics, the market in Korea, Japan, China and East Asia is increasing, and the development of functional raw materials using natural plants is easier to enter than the development of pharmaceuticals, while the market size is small.

In addition, when developing functional cosmetics raw materials, it has an additional advantage in the possibility of developing pharmaceutical raw materials. Natural raw materials contain various physiologically active ingredients due to their characteristics, which is suitable for the development of future cosmetics raw materials that are emphasized in diversity, and have the advantages of shortening the period of material development and reducing costs.

In this study, we investigated the physiological activity of domestic Phellinus linteus extract using supercritical fluid extraction method to obtain basic data for use as functional cosmetics material.
