What is an autoclave?

Laminating Autoclave
Laminating is forming or pressing paper, film, fabric, or other material into a thin sheet or layer with thermosetting resin to make the material stronger, more durable and resistant to humidity and stains. The important thing to reduce defects is ensure constant temperature that can bind thermosetting resin solution when laminating. This equipment is used for touch panel, mobile phone display, LCD/PDP, Polaroid film and protection film. This process is effective at adhesive bonding, removing bubble from adhesive, heat treatment of glass surface and stress relief of glasses. Composite Autoclave
What are composite materials?
 Composite materials are binding materials in combination of different materials to maximize unique properties of materials. By combination of 2 or more materials, composites can offer tremendous advantages.

 Hence, composites can overcome limitations of existing material or new material.
 Composite materials have many benefits such as improvement of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, shock resistance, increase of fatigue life, light weight, and electric insulation. Composites are applied to aerospace industry as well as automobile industry, railroad, ship, construction, sporting goods and energy field.

What is autoclave composite moulding?
After laminated Prepreg with several shapes of molds, pack the whole of products with vacuum bag to block from the pressurizing part. When maintain vacuum inside, volatile components and air bubbles can be removed, and make accurate binding products. It facilitates manufacturing complicated shapes of products by isotropic pressure and the use of light-weight materials. It is appropriate for manufacturing aircraft, especially for 2nd structure. This process is used for wings of wind generator, marine sporting goods and automobile parts as well as aircraft parts.
 Autoclave moulding process uses glass, carbon, and prepreg to make aerospace parts.
 It’s usually used for single production, not for a mass production.
 Autoclave can perform cooling, heating and vaccuming in the controlled temperature and pressure condition.

Concrete curing Autoclaves
Concrete curing is very important step for a quality of concrete. Because hydration is so complicated reaction, which is influenced by temperature, pressure and water volume etc, after pouring concrete, Concrete curing process protects concrete from any environmental changes. In the curing process, understanding not only hydration but also structure and properties of hardened cement is required. Basic conditions for curing process are as follows: 

 



     1. Maintain moderate temperature and humidity.
     2. Protect concrete from external force such as impacts or overloads.
     3. Protect concrete surface from changes in the weather such as wind, rain, frost and sunlight.
 If concrete is impacted during the process, strength of joint in concrete or bond stress with reinforcing bar can be reduced. If concrete is overloaded before hardening, it results in deformation or cracking. There are many methods to accelerate concrete hardening, such as chemical admixtures, steam curing, autoclave curing, pressure curing, electric curing and heat curing.

What is autoclave curing?

Autoclave curing is the process putting products into autoclave to cure in high pressure and high temperature, suitable for high strength cement and foamed concrete.
 Through this process and the use of superplasticizer, the concrete can withstand the weight more than 1 ton. Drying shrinkage and creep occur less than moist curing concrete.
 For hydration, Ilshin Autoclave’s concrete curing autoclave is divided into steam generator part and curing part and improve product efficiency by accurate pressure and temperature.

Despite its lightweight, ALC has excellent sound insulation, which is suitable for urban building materials, and when use it with plaster board, maximize sound insulation.
Flatness
You can even write down on concrete because ALC is totally flat. Flatness of light-weight concrete not only just facilitates bonding waterproofing or external wall material, but also reduces construction dust. It also reduces costs for internal materials and painting.
